Tree Top Apartments are located in private gardens surrounded by a small woodland and consists of two private apartments. The Ground Floor Apartment has two bedrooms; a double room and a twin room and sleeps four people. The First Floor Apartment has a single en-suite master bedroom which is ideal for a couple.
They are located just across the road from the Share Holiday Village, and two miles from the Watermill Restaurant at Kilmore Quay. Tree Top Apartments are an ideal base to explore this beautiful lake land region.
The apartments have direct access to the lake shore and come with complimentary sit on kayak, paddles and buoyancy aids from April to September. Each apartment has its own patio area with outdoor seating and charcoal barbecue.

Both apartments have open plan kitchen-dinning-living areas with wood burning stoves. The fully equipped kitchens have a fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven and washer dryer. The living areas have TV & DVD players and a wireless internet connection.
The first floor apartment has a double en suite bedroom with built in wardrobe and is ideal for a couple, a cot and high chair can also be made available if required. We do not supply cot bed linen.
The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms which share the shower room. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a cot and high chair are available if required.
Included in the price: all bed linen and towels, electricity, central heating, basket of logs for the fire, wireless internet and the apartments are equipped with basic supplies such as cling film, tin foil, bin bags, fairy liquid, salt and pepper etc.
Well behaved pets are very welcome please bring your own bedding. There is ample off road parking. Guests bringing their own boat is welcome to leave it in the private marina at our other holiday cottages nearby.

If the date of your reservation is over a month away a deposit is required to confirm your stay, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your arrival.
If your reservation is less than a month away the full payment is required to confirm your stay.
The above fees include:
- All bed linen, towels, central heating, & electric. In addition the properties are equipped with basics such as salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets, tinfoil etc, and have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and CD players and wireless internet connection.
- An additional person may be accommodated with the owner’s permission. This must be agreed at the point of booking.
We stayed 2 nights and Robyn called round the secon night to make sure everything was ok which I thought was a nice touch. The apartment itself was very cosy. We where there while it was snowing and the apartment was still very warm. They left a bit of kindle as well to have the fire going which was amazing. The apartment is very private out in the countryside and no where is more than 20 minutes drive. Would highly recommend.
Such a hidden gem, the house is a great size, beautifully but comfortably decorated and in a stunning location. The house was so cosy and the log burning stove was great in the evening! Robyn has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. We couldn't have asked for more, we didn't want to come home! We loved the private woodlands and marina, my husband fished the lough numerous times during our stay. A fantastic place for a family holiday, I only wishe we had been staying longer!
