Tree Top Apartments

Tree Top Apartments are located in private gardens surrounded by a small woodland and consists of two private apartments, each with their own private entrance and outdoor space.

 

The Ground Floor Apartment has two bedrooms; a double room and a twin room and sleeps four people. The First Floor Apartment has a single ensuite master bedroom which is ideal for a couple.

 

They are located on the same site as Cygnet Lodge and have direct access to Upper Lough Erne. Our Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages, Primrose Cottage and Woodland Lodges are located just down the road.

Layout

Both apartments have open plan kitchen-dinning-living areas with wood burning stoves. Each kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and have a fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven. The First Floor Apartment has a washer dryer, whereas the Ground Floor Apartment has a dishwasher. The living areas are open plan and have Smart TVs, a wireless internet connection and cosy wood burning stoves. Furthermore to provide a hassle free visit, both apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels and have basic supplies of items such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cling film etc.

 

TheΒ first floor apartmentΒ has a double en suite bedroom with built in wardrobe and is ideal for a couple, a cot and high chair can also be made available if required.

 

TheΒ ground floor apartmentΒ has two bedrooms which share the shower room. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a cot and high chair are available if required.

 

There is access to the Upper Lough Erne lakeshore and from April to September bookings include complimentary sit on top kayaks, paddles and buoyancy aids. Well behaved pets are very welcome. Guests bringing their own boat are welcome to leave it in the private marina located down the road at our other site.

PRICING

Our prices include all bed linen and towels, electricity, central heating, basket of logs for the fire, wireless internet and the lodge is equipped with basic supplies such as cling film, tin foil, bin bags, fairy liquid, salt and pepper etc.

 

Tree Top Apartments are a minimum hire of 2 nights, and during July and August, holiday periods and bank holidays 3 nights.

 

Tree Top Apartments are located on the same site as Cygnet Lodge, allowing for larger groups of up to 15 people to be accommodated. Located 1km down the road on our second site are Primrose Cottage, Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages and the Woodland Lodges, which combined are perfect for accommodating larger groups of up to 40 people.

MAKING A BOOKING

We will provisionally hold your booking request for seven days to allow time for you to complete our online booking form and pay a deposit or full balance.

 

If your stay is over four weeks away, a deposit of Β£100 is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable four weeks before your arrival date.

If your stay is within four weeks of your arrival date, the full balance is payable at the point of booking to confirm your stay.

 

A Β£100 security deposit is required alongside every booking, this is payable alongside your balance, before you come to stay. This is refundable on your departure provided the accommodation is left in a reasonable manner with no unnecessary breakages.

  • Such a hidden gem, the house is a great size, beautifully but comfortably decorated and in a stunning location. The house was so cosy and the log burning stove was great in the evening! Robyn has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. We couldn't have asked for more, we didn't want to come home! We loved the private woodlands and marina, my husband fished the lough numerous times during our stay. A fantastic place for a family holiday, I only wishe we had been staying longer!
