On the ground floor are the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC off rear hall, spacious open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self catering needs and has a dishwasher, microwave etc. Patio doors lead to the gardens and large patio area where there is a large outdoor kitchen area with wood fired hot tub. There are picnic tables, outdoor chairs and charcoal barbeque. Please note there is an extra charge for use of the wood fired hot tub.
The extensive gardens lead to the lake shore perfect for enjoying sunny evenings. The Lodge comes with a complimentary sit on top kayaks, paddles and buoyancy aids from April to September.
Upstairs the master bedroom is ensuite with a king sized bed. There is a twin ensuite room and a further twin room with a separate bathroom off the landing. A cot and high chair are available for use and there is a Smart TV with included Netflix and Disney+ accounts (there is no Live TV function), wireless internet and Google Home.
The lodge is equipped with all linen and towels and basic supplies such as dishwasher tablets, cling-film, tin foil etc. There is private parking for four cars with a woodland behind the house.
Well behaved pets are very welcome. Guests bringing their own boat are welcome to leave it in the private marina located at our other site nearby.
