Guided Canoeing Sessions on Upper Lough Erne

Canoeing can be delivered as a Skills Session or an Adventure Tour!

Skills Session:

• 2 hours duration
• Perfect your paddling skills and visit a nearby island such as Trannish or Hara Krishna Island.

Adventure Tour:

• 4 hours duration
• This session is suitable for all abilities, however the aim is to go on an adventure to a nearby point of interest on the Lough, such as Crom Estate, Knockninny or Naan Island.
• BBQ Lunch can be added to this session for £8pp.

Our fully qualified instructor will teach you how to paddle with ease and take you on a Lough Erne adventure. This activity is suitable for persons aged 4 years and above, and groups of up to 6 people. Children under 10 years old, must be accompanied by an adult on session.

All paddling equipment is provided for each session. We ask that you wear old clothes and shoes which you don’t mind getting wet. We’ll provide you with a paddle and life jacket. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and extra cleaning measures, where possible we will ask you to use your own equipment, and between each session, equipment is cleaned thoroughly.

Activities are weather dependent and in adverse weather conditions we may have to cancel or rearrange your activity.

Fermanagh Lodges is in a great location, as there is loads to visit on the lake! Pop over to the Hara Krishna Island, explore Trannish Island, or wander down the waterway to Crom Estate. We’ll have a chat with you to find out what interests you most so we can visit it during your activity, if applicable.
