Woodland Lodges

Our Woodland Lodges, comprising of Elm, Oak, Pine and Willow Lodges, offer luxurious self catering accommodation for up to 4 people. They are located on the same site as Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages, Primrose Cottage and our private marina. Each Lodge has its own garden area with wooden gazebo and private car parking for a car. The site is accessed via electronic gates and the lodges are set back 100 metres from the road providing a safe environment for children, and well behaved pets, who are welcome. There is a large mown grass area for outdoor games and a children’s play area.

Layout

Each lodge accommodates four people plus a baby in a cot. There is a king size double bedroom and twin bedroom which share a shower room. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and each lodge has a cot and high chair.

 

There is also a utility room with washer dryer. The spacious kitchen living dining area is open plan; the modern kitchens are fully equipped for all your self catering needs and have integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hob, oven etc.

 

The living areas have comfortable lounge furniture for 4 people, a wood burning stove and smart TV. French doors open unto a private patio area where outdoor furniture and charcoal barbeque are provided. There is also a wooden gazebo at each lodge provided covered outdoor space, a wood fired hot tub can be set up outside each lodge for your private use.

 

To provide a hassle free visit, all the lodges are equipped with linen and towels and have basic supplies of items such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cling film etc.

 

Well behaved pets are very welcome. Guests bringing their own boat are welcome to leave it in the private marina located onsite. The lodges come with complimentary sit on top kayaks, paddles and buoyancy aids from April to September.

PRICING

Our prices include all bed linen and towels, electricity, central heating, basket of logs for the fire, wireless internet and the lodge is equipped with basic supplies such as cling film, tin foil, bin bags, fairy liquid, salt and pepper etc.

 

Our Woodland Lodges are a minimum hire of 2 nights, and at bank holidays and holiday periods 3 nights. During July and August check in and check out days are only Mondays and Fridays.

 

Elm, Oak, Pine and Willow Lodges are located beside each other allowing for larger groups to be accommodated. They are also located on the same site as Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages. Cygnet Lodge and Tree Top Apartments are located on a different site located 1km away.

MAKING A BOOKING

We will provisionally hold your booking request for five days to allow time for you to complete our online booking form and pay a deposit or full balance.

 

If your stay is over four weeks away, a deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable four weeks before your arrival date.

If your stay is within four weeks of your arrival date, the full balance is payable at the point of booking to confirm your stay.

 

A £100 security deposit is required alongside every booking, this is payable alongside your balance, before you come to stay. This is refundable on your departure provided the accommodation is left in a reasonable manner with no unnecessary breakages.

  • Stayed here at the Oak lodge for 4 nights and I can honestly say it was amazing the oak lodge is modern with a abstract twist spacious rooms and tastefully decorated venues are of woodland 2 min walk to lake. The owner Dawn was fantastic and very welcoming. Great stop for exploring enniskillen and surrounding areas highly recommend Fermanagh lodges.

  • We stayed for 4 nights in mid September in the newly built Oak Lodge. All furniture and furnishings are of the highest quality and the Lodge is equipped with everything you could need. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer. Constant hot water, plenty of good quality cooking utensils and dishware and a utility room with a washer/dryer. The beds are very comfortable and although there is a wood burning stove we didn't need it as there are also radiators which heated the rooms very quickly. Wi-fi is also available. We were lucky to stay during good weather and the picnic style table and benches were great for eating outdoors. Dawn and Maeve are great hosts and strive to ensure a great stay for all their guests. We will certainly return.

  • Arrived for a 4 day fishing stay. On arrival we had the warmest of welcomes from Maeve, she was a hive of information and nothing was a bother for her. The house was furnished to the highest of standards and the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could ever need. Great location for fishing everything on your door step. The only down side is that I don’t want to go home. Thank you for letting us stay and we will definitely be back...if you’ll have us. I honestly cannot recommend the place enough. 5 stars all the way

  • We are just back from a 3 night stay in the newly built oak lodge. I can honestly say we had the best time here as a family with 2 children. The place was spotless with everything that we needed in the lodge. We spent most evenings on the patio with a BBQ going. We were only a short walk from the marina where we spent time in the mornings with our Paddle board and swimming ?‍ the kids loved jumping into the marina. We made use of a little boat for the day to explore the Lough (the kids loved learning to steer and navigate around the Lough) We will definitely be back to explore some more of the Lough. The owners were so helpful and nothing was a bother at all ? so helpful and friendly. If you want to getaway for some peace and tranquility then this is definitely the place to go. This will be somewhere we will return to time and time again. Thanks to all at Fermanagh lodges for making our staycation one remember. The kids are already asking when are we going back!

  • Wonderful welcome on arrival and a beautiful place to stay in. We stayed in the Elm lodge and it was perfect. a great spot close to some excellent fishing on the Erne. Will definitely be coming here every year from now on. Couldn't reccomend it highly enough. Five stars all the way!!
