Bluebell & Blackberry Cottages

Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages each provide luxurious self catering accommodation for up to 8 people plus a baby in a cot. Each cottage has its own garden area and private car parking for three cars. The site is accessed via electronic gates and the cottages are set back 300 metres from the road providing a safe environment for children, and well behaved pets, who are welcome. There is a large mown grass area for outdoor games and a children’s play area. An outdoor shed is provided for storing bikes, fishing equipment etc. and there is a private 30 berth marina located onsite.

 

Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages are located on the same site asΒ the Woodland Lodges and Primrose Cottage. They are located 1km away from Cygnet Lodge and the Tree Top Apartments.

Layout

Our cottages are designed with your comfort in mind. Each cottage has a ground floor double bedroom, a shower room, and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities such as integrated dishwashers, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hobs and convection oven.

 

Moving onto the first floor, the master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, with patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the woodland and lake beyond. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for your enjoyment. Additionally, the first floor includes two twin rooms that share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. All bedrooms feature built-in or free standing wardrobes, and each cottage includes a cot and high chair.

 

The living areas are furnished with comfortable lounge seating for eight people, a wood-burning stove, and a Smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus accounts (please note that there is no live TV function). French doors lead to an outdoor decked patio area furnished with chairs, a picnic table, and a charcoal barbecue. For a little extra luxury, guests can add a wood-fired hot tub to their booking, which is set up next to the deck for private use.

 

To ensure a hassle-free visit, all cottages come with linen and towels as well as basic supplies such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags, tin foil, cling film etc. to get you started.

 

We welcome well-behaved pets, and guests who bring their own boat are welcome to leave it in the private marina located onsite. From April to September, we provide complimentary sit-on-top kayaks, paddles, and buoyancy aids for our guests.

Pricing

Our prices include all bed linen and towels, electricity, central heating, basket of logs for the fire, wireless internet and the lodge is equipped with basic supplies such as cling film, tin foil, bin bags, fairy liquid, salt and pepper etc.

 

Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages are a minimum hire of 2 nights, and at bank holidays and holiday periods 3 nights. During July and August Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages can only be rented Saturday to Saturday.

 

Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages are located side-by-side and are perfect for accommodating larger groups. Our Woodland Lodges and Primrose Cottage are also located on the same site, as is our private marina. Cygnet Lodge and Tree Top Apartments are located on a different site 1km away.

MAKING A BOOKING

We will provisionally hold your booking request for seven days to allow time for you to complete our online booking form and pay a deposit or full balance.

 

If your stay is over four weeks away, a deposit of Β£100 is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable four weeks before your arrival date.

If your stay is within four weeks of your arrival date, the full balance is payable at the point of booking to confirm your stay.

 

A Β£100 security deposit is required alongside every booking, this is payable alongside your balance, before you come to stay. This is refundable on your departure provided the accommodation is left in a reasonable manner with no unnecessary breakages.

  • Such a hidden gem, the house is a great size, beautifully but comfortably decorated and in a stunning location. The house was so cosy and the log burning stove was great in the evening!   • Just back from an amazing long weekend at Corradillar Cottages, Fermanagh Lodges. I was tasked with finding accommodaton for 22 people for a large family get together and it did not disappoint. We stayed in 3 of the cottages Bluebell, Blackberry and Badger as we had asked for 3 beside each other. Big thank you for accommodation us on that request. The houses where spotless and the decked areas the same. It was a great treat getting the use of the kayaks and the kids loved it. Overall an amazing family holiday with great memories. We will be back.
